Salisbury’s women’s lacrosse team lost its first game in over a month to TCNJ 10-3 on Sunday afternoon. It was the first home loss for the Sea Gulls since 2011.

Before the game, Salisbury honored their eight seniors for their dedication over the past four seasons, but it was the Lions that controlled the game and walked out of Sea Gull Stadium victorious.

“I think we felt a lot of pressure because we wanted to win for the seniors,” freshman goalie Gianna Falcone said. “We definitely didn’t play how we should have been, and it just didn’t go our way.”
